Congo Justice, an organization established in Las Vegas 2011, is committed to creating conversation and generating awareness concerning the ongoing crises in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This goal is achieved through the organization of educational events and projects, which encourage awareness and discussions with the intent to incite affirmative change. Taking into consideration the role religious institutions play in the DRC with regards to utilizing citizens and the press to mobilize support for the recognition and resolution to the current crises in DRC, being situated in Las Vegas permits the Congo Justice to advance such efforts made by religious institutions back in the DRC. The organization makes great effort to encourage African Churches throughout Las Vegas to get together with the purpose of advocating for peace, equity and justice back in the DRC.
The primary objective of this organization involves creating and initiating partnerships with other organizations with the intent of utilizing its assets and funds to create an approach whereby those unable to speak up or take measures against current adversities in the DRC are represented in a manner that articulates their grievances.
In news related to the Nyantende Foundation, the Congo Justice is currently providing an outstanding benefaction through the payment of all the expenses required for school supplies of students enrolled by Nyantende Foundation.
